The Central Valley WIC Dietetic Internship is a 48-week, full-time program with an emphasis in Community Nutrition. Interns complete supervised experiences in a variety of settings in the Central San Joaquin Valley, including WIC programs, rural and urban hospitals, school districts, a consultant dietetics firm, and a hunger/food security program.
