The Central Valley WIC Dietetic Internship is a 48-week, full-time program with an emphasis in Community Nutrition. Interns complete supervised experiences in a variety of settings in the California's San Joaquin Valley, including WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) Supplemental Nutrition Programs, Head Start, local school districts, food banks, rural and urban medical centers, and a consultant dietetics firm.
