The Central Valley WIC Dietetic Internship offers a combined Master's Degree/Dietetic Internship Program, in collaboration with Russell Sage College. Students take just 1 - 2 online classes per semester, which allows them to work full time while completing the majority of their coursework. During the first 1.5 years of this flexible, 2.5 year program, students can work from a location that is convenient for them. For the final year of the program, students come to the Fresno/Central Valley Area, to complete their scheduled dietetic internship rotations, and final online courses. California Department of Public Health (CDPH) WIC employees can also apply for prior assessed learning credit, which provides rotation hour credit for WIC work experience. More information about prior assessed learning can be found here.
